These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our applications (the “Apps”) developed and published by AppWall LLC. By downloading or using any of the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Apps

• The Apps are intended for personal and lawful use only.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Apps.
• You agree not to misuse the Apps, reverse-engineer them, or use them to interfere with any third-party systems or services.

2. Integration with Google Services

• Some Apps connect to your Gmail account via the official Google Gmail API.
• Some Apps may also access your Google Calendar data via the official Google Calendar API to retrieve and display your meeting events and joining links.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with Google’s policies and terms.
• The Apps do not store or share your Gmail or Calendar data with third parties and only access it while the App is in use.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some Apps may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions via Apple’s App Store.
• Payments are handled through Apple, and we do not store your payment information.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases made via the App Store are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please note:

• All refund requests must be made directly through Apple. Developers cannot issue refunds independently.
• For U.S. App Store customers: Refunds are granted solely at Apple’s discretion.

By using any of the Apps, you acknowledge and agree to abide by Apple’s refund policy.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any of the Apps at any time and without notice, especially in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

6. No Warranty

• The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.
• You agree to use the Apps at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Apps.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Apps after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
